My Home Our Water Online portal
This intervention study conducted by ISF:UTS in conjunction with MidCoast Water and Outpost Central involved the development and pilot implementation of an online household water consumption portal.
The 'My Home Our Water' portal provides personalised feedback on household water consumption in near real-time using data collected at 1-5 minute intervals, uploaded overnight.
The study involved 120 households, of which 60 were initially given access to the portal, while the remaining 60 served as a control group. These were later granted access to the portal after the initial intervention group had had access for one year.
